Rhubarb Crisp

Rhubarb Crisp (Rabarber paj)


I was so happy when I found fresh rhubarb at the store and just had to make a crisp for dessert. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream. Or both!


  • 4 cups rhubarb
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • Your favorite ice cream


1. Slice the rhubarb.

2. Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour and cinnamon.

3. Pour into a 8×8 inch baking dish.

4. Combine flour, brown sugar, rolled oats and melted butter.

5. Sprinkle the mixture over the rhubarb mix.

6. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes.

7. Serve with ice cream!
