Rosemary Lamb (Lamm med rosmarin)


I haven’t made lamb in a long time time, but this sure was a quick and easy way to do it. Very tasty!


  • 1 rosemary sprigs
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 lamb loin chops
  • 1/2 pound of asparagus
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 pound of baby potatoes
  • A few tablespoons of oil
  • Salt and pepper


1. Chop the rosemary and mice the garlic.

2. Mix the garlic and half of the rosemary with the oil in a medium bowl and let it sit for a few minutes.

3. Season the lamb chops with salt and the remaining rosemary. Set aside.

4. Cut off the edges of the asparagus and mix with oil and lemon juice. Pre heat the oven to 420 degrees F.

5. Wash the potatoes and coat with some oil, salt and pepper. Bake in the oven until tender, about 30 minutes or so.

6. Fry the chops on medium high heat until browned on each side, the lower the heat and cook for another few minutes until you reach desired temperature.

7. When the potatoes are done quickly stir fry the asparagus until tender.

8. In the same pan as the meat was cooked in, pour the rosemary sauce and let it heat up.

10. Pour some of the sauce over the meat and potatoes and serve right away.
